By downloading, installing, or using NCT ("the App"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the App.

2. Description of Service

NCT is a productivity application that provides:

• A hierarchical note-taking system
• A calculator with history and ANS functionality
• Timer and stopwatch with alarm capabilities

The App operates entirely offline and stores all data locally on your device.

3. User Responsibilities

• You are responsible for maintaining the security of your device and any data stored within the App.
• You are responsible for creating backups of any important data stored in the App, as data may be lost if the App is uninstalled or your device is reset.

4. Intellectual Property

The App, including its design, features, and content, is the intellectual property of the developer. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or reverse-engineer the App.

5. Disclaimer of Warranties

The App is provided "as is" without warranty of any kind, express or implied. We do not warrant that the App will be error-free, uninterrupted, or free of harmful components.

6. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, we shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the App, including but not limited to data loss.

7. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms of Service at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated "Last updated" date. Continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.

8. Termination

You may stop using the App at any time by uninstalling it from your device. All locally stored data will be removed upon uninstallation.
